Junior Admin Assistant

If you have gained experience as an Admin Assistant, Office Administrator or an Office Junior and you are looking for a new and exciting business which can offer you the opportunity to work in a friendly and relaxed environment where you'll be supporting the general administration duties then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Organise and maintain files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling.
  • Take inbound calls.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Support the team with various administrative projects as required.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience within an admin role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as on your own.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
