Description

The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide administrative support to the senior management team.
  • Manage complex diaries, arrange meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organise and manage events and conferences.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations.
  • Implement and maintain administrative systems.
  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Minute taking and attending appointments / meetings.

Profile

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:

  • A strong educational background with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in providing support at a senior level within a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project management and event coordination.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to commute to Wythenshawe.
