The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive and proactive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a part-time role in the property industry, based in Secretarial & Business Support.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare communication on behalf of the senior leadership team.
  • Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with office vendors.
  • Assist in organising company events or conferences.
  • Manage the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.

Profile

A successful 'Executive Assistant' should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of office-based applications, such as MS Office.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven track record operating as a Executive Assistant.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
