About The Trainee Financial Analyst Role:Working as part of a busy team, you will assist with assessment, analysis and reporting of data captured by the company with primary focus on financial data and reporting. Duties will include:

Assisting with the maintenance and improvement of existing performance reports and Microsoft Power BI dashboards
Working with the management to identify areas for better performance management information and developing new reports and dashboards as required
Assisting with updating and co-ordinating monthly financial reports in Excel
Providing analytical and financial support as required by the Financial Director and Finance Manager
Co-ordinating and assisting with the capture and storage of data to assist in performance reporting

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Ideally a university graduate with a relevant degree finance or business management based degree or possibly a part qualified CIMA Accountant looking for a move to a ccommercial role
Strong skills in Excel
Ideally some experience of Microsoft Power BI although training will be provided
A logical, inquisitive and problem-solving mindset
Bright and keen to learn
Confident and friendly character with the ability to build relationships
Excellent communicator with the ability to present complex data to non-finance managers
