Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Review work completed by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure audits are completed in line with relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Assist in business development activities, including identifying opportunities for growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience.
- Previous experience leading audit engagements and managing teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
