Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review work completed by junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure audits are completed in line with relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Assist in business development activities, including identifying opportunities for growth.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong audit experience.
• Previous experience leading audit engagements and managing teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
