About the Role

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing global business! As Export and Logistics Coordinator you will undertake an important and busy role for the company, handling shipments to customers all over the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and track international shipments to and from destinations all over the world, ensuring timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Ensure governmental and regulatory compliance, making sure the company meet all international trade requirements and transportation regulations
  • Ensure data accuracy in import duty and VAT submissions
  • Assist with product selection and pricing to improve transportation routes
  • Support account managers to produce costs and quotes which incorporate shipment / delivery

Key Skills

  • Good working knowledge of import and export regulations for international shipping
  • Previous experience shipping a wide range of goods of different classifications. Experience shipping pharmaceutical products or medical devices would be preferred but is not essential
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record working to tight and critical deadlines, prioritizing by risk
  • Organized, logical, and adaptable to changing policies and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and software systems
