Key Responsibilities
- Providing troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, including tasks like password resets, software installs, as well as providing support for software and hardware.
- Supporting our customers an end users on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to, outlook, sharepoint and windows 10/11.
Technical experience (all advantageous)
- Microsoft 365 (email and sharepoint/onedrive)
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, File & Print
- Windows 10/11 support
- Switching and Firewall Technologies
- 3CX Telephone Systems
