With now over 14,000 customers, our revenue has increased in the last 12 years from €2.9m to €36m, and to join our growing company we’re looking for a1st Line Engineer to work in our Bolton Office.

1st Line Support

£22,000 - £24,000

Bolton  - Office Based

Flexible office hours (8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm)

25 days holidays + banks

Pension/healthcare/life insurance after 6 month

Key Responsibilities

-          Providing troubleshooting & resolving technical issues, including tasks like password resets, software installs, as well as providing support for software and hardware.

-          Supporting our customers an end users on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to, outlook, sharepoint and windows 10/11.

Technical experience (all advantageous)

-          Microsoft 365 (email and sharepoint/onedrive)

-          Active Directory

-          DNS, DHCP, File & Print

-          Windows 10/11 support

-          Switching and Firewall Technologies

-          3CX Telephone Systems
