About The Administrator Role:Working in a busy office and assisting at other sites, you be carrying out a varied admin role. Duties will include
- Providing admin support in the office and at site locations in the North West, possibly once a week
- Managing the Document Management Systems for storing, controlling and distributing design information on company projects
- Creating and maintaining electronic and paper document management, including photocopying, printing and scanning
- Preparing documents such as letters, reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- Acting as a member for project change teams alongside other administrators
- Organising meetings including management of diaries, ordering refreshments and sending invitations
- Handle queries from management, team and customers
- Organising office space and housekeeping and resources
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries and covering reception where required
- General admin
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of working as an administrator or possibly PA in a busy office environment
- Experience of document management and data administration systems would be beneficial but is not essential
- A background in an admin role supporting in project management, health and safety or possibly construction would be interesting
- Excellent skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Document Management Systems, Sharepoint and Powerpoint would be beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects on time, working to tight deadlines under pressure
- Proactive and forward thinking
- Positive and outgoing in manner
- Due to the occasional need to travel to sites in the North West, a current driving licence and your own transport is essential
