Running a litigated caseload of credit hire files
Handling caseload and files from start to finish
Ownership of files valuing from fast to multi track
Complex credit hire files and full litigation
Issuing proceedings and court documents
Collecting evidence and drafting witness statements

This is a reputable firm based across the Northwest and situated in Bolton, representing the claimant and liaising with national insurers.
