Our client, a leading specialist in bespoke joinery, is seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Estimator to join their dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company renowned for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service across a range of prestigious projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects.
Analysing technical drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure project feasibility.
Producing detailed tender documentation and presenting costings to senior management.
Monitoring project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to, and identifying potential cost savings.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator, ideally within a bespoke joinery environment.
Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and materials.
Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office.
