Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for a secondary school in the Bolton area to work with pupils who are on the verge of exclusion. You will be assigned to new pupils each week, offering mentorship on a personal and academic level. This role is on a long-term basis, starting after october half term!

Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities:

? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs

? Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

? Deliver catch-up sessions

? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people

? Must have a passion for education

? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
