Sennen Education are recruiting for a SEN teaching assistant to joinfanstasticprimary and secondary schoolsin Bolton.

You may be required to work with the childrenon a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The role will be supporting children with SEND such as Autism and ADHD.The roles we offer will belong-termwith immediate start (subject to the relevant checks being completed). The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The ideal candiate should:

  • Have good time management skills.
  • Be flexible and patient.
  • Be able to communicate effectively within a team.
  • Be empathic and understanding towards the learning needs of the children.
  • Undertake duties as directed by teaching staff.

To join us and be successful in this SEND Teaching Assistant Role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six weeks experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)
  • Provide a CV with up to date employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
  • Overseas Police Check (if required)
  • 2 proofs of address
