Sennen Education specialises in long term, permanent and daily supply roles for education and school staff in Specialist Settings, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Alternative Provision Settings and Education Establishments.
Job summary:
- Working under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, to provide support for pupils in class or one to one.
- Assisting the teacher in the management/preparation of resources.
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes engagement and motivation.
- To be resilient and able to take regular responsibility for agreed learning
- An ability to build strong, trusting relationships
You'll need:
- Sensitivity and understanding.
- 3 months UK school experience
- Patience and the ability to remain calm
- Enjoy working with other people
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Flexibility, creativity and versatility.
