Looking for an opportunity to dive into Learning & Development? H9 Human Resources are searching for a dedicated L&D Administrator to join our client for a 4-month contract, providing essential support to their training initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions across the organization.
  • Managing training records, tracking attendance, and supporting seamless data management.
  • Assisting with e-learning platforms, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Collaborating on reports and metrics to help drive the impact of their L&D programs.
What You Bring
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in L&D or HR.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Confidence with MS Office and a knack for learning new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work well independently, with the benefit of a hybrid model.
