The Role:As a Projects Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple complex software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. You'll lead a team of Project Managers, optimise delivery frameworks, and drive operational excellence across Agile development teams.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project/programme management within software development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software delivery best practices.

- A background in B2B software solutions is highly desirable.
