Key Responsibilities
The role involves working on customer and internal projects as well as handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by Customers and internal staff.
IT support is also required for more advanced technical support beyond the scope of a first-line support role.
This includes diagnosing and resolving more complex technical issues & conducting in-depth troubleshooting

- Server Support
- Microsoft Windows Servers 2016-2022
- Microsoft 365 including SharePoint (Migrations and configuration)
- Active Directory
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File & Print,
- Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V & VMware)
- Microsoft 365 and Windows Server Backup
- Windows desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Network Deployment and Configuration
- Setup, deployment and management of Firewalls, Switches, Wan & LAN networks (Draytek, UniFi, WatchGuard and Barracuda)
- Wi-Fi Management and configuration
