The CandidateI am working on a vacancy for a Family law solicitor (4 yrs PQE) who has experience for a fantastic regional firm who can run a caseload of divorce/finance and children files to work in their busy family department based at our Bolton/Bury office. The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided. It still provides friendly, professional advice in the manner of a traditional high street law firm, but this is now blended with a 21st-century approach. The practice has grown organically to incorporate many offices in the North West, although proud to be a regional firm, several departments service clients throughout England and Wales. The firm holds numerous industry-related accreditations across all its service areas, particularly the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.The RoleWorking within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Run own private caseload and work independently
Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas, however the work is mostly private family work
Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
