• Oversee external quality certification and act as the principal contact for customer auditors.
• Monitor and manage non-conforming products, ensuring all materials meet the required specifications.
• Supervise in-house equipment calibration and maintain health and safety standards.
• Support production by ensuring all products match the required specifications and quality standards.
