Your new companyA retail business operating from their Bolton office, are actively searching for a specialist administrator within their customer service team. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business. This position does have the potential to become a permanent placement, based on performance.This is a great opportunity to develop and gain new skills. The working structure of this role is office-based, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.Your new roleAs Fleet Administrator your duties will include supporting the fleet team, along with:* Taking incoming calls, dealing with enquiries, and liaising with different departments.* Responding to emails, and organising a shared inbox and uploading invoices onto the database.* Ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery, processing orders and assisting with account payments.* Monitoring and processing and completing ongoing orders.* Liaising with customers and brokers / logistics.* Ensuring products are ready for delivery.* Sending payout packs to funders* Assisting with accounts payments and queriesWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you should be confident in speaking with customers and possess excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner. Along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, you should have strong time management abilities and be well-organised. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel, is essential. Additionally, you should be flexible, supportive, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
