My market leading client, operating in the public sector, is looking to recruit a Business Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Function of the Position:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Manage project data and ensure efficient income management and customer service.

Job Details & Benefits:

  • Job Title: Business Co-ordinator
  • Grade: Scale 6, Starting at £30,440
  • Reporting to: Office Manager
  • Location: Hybrid working – Office based in Bolton
  • Working Hours: 36-hour week, flexitime

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout region.
  • Working closely with the team, you will source, manage and record data relating to all projects.
  • You will liaise with the finance team to minimise late payment of invoices and ensure tracking of outstanding debt
  • Manage the Expression of Interest process.
  • Track and monitor payments on registered projects.
  • Maintain clear audit trails for all communications via the CRM system.
  • Track and adjust forecasted project income.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in finance/administration roles.
  • IT Literate
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Dynamics desirable
  • Experienced in providing high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and supportive attitude.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer liaison and relationship-building skills.
