Prospero Teaching are looking for a confident KS2 teacher with excellent subject knowledge for a good primary school in Bolton. This is a full-time class teacher role based in Year 5 and is to start in April.

This role is open to ECTs or experienced primary teachers. You will need effective behaviour management skills and to be confident with the curriculum content, planning and assessment for Year 5. Ideally you will have worked as a primary teacher in upper Key Stage 2 before, or completed placement in Y4, Y5 or Y6. The school would like a teacher who presents lessons in an interesting, inclusive way, and builds strong relationships with the children.

The school has high standards and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and staff team. The Year 5 class teacher role will be working within a team of 4 teachers across the upper Key Stage 2 year groups.

The Year 5 class teacher is required from after the Easter holidays in April until the end of summer term in July 2025. There is potential for the role to extend to cover autumn term from September 2025.
