HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)

Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working) Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team in Bolton on a 12 month fixed-term contract. Working closely with a fantastic Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of HR on strategic HR projects, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), policy development, and reward and recognition programs.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business, addressing a variety of HR issues and concerns.
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training and workshops to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform HR decision-making.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for HR and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to employees and managers.
