An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team. This role offers a blend of office and agile working environments, including the option to work from home up to 2 days per week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering with the business to deliver comprehensive HR services and support key business projects.

Annual Salary: £35,689.50 - £40,448.10 includes 10% car allowance 

Location: Salford (with travel to other North West offices)

  • Job Type: Full-time

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Supporting and advising managers on all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management, as well as organisational change such as TUPE and restructures.
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and identifying necessary changes.
  • Collaborating with business units on recruitment plans, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Trade Union Partners and ensuring good practice across the board.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent required; CIPD Level 7 is desirable.
  • Strong experience in employee relations and TUPE.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practices.
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential.
