About the company:
A large well-known public-sector business are recruiting for one of their teams on an ongoing temporary basis. Working within the communities team, this position plays a pivotal part in the daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining filing both electronic and physical
- Setting up of new accounts
- Dealing with direct debits
- Raising invoices, credit and debit notes. This includes adding VAT and interest where necessary
- Collection of outstanding invoices
- Amending records where needed
- Attending meetings
- Plus much more
Person Specification
- Ideally experience working in a similar position within a finance setting
- Strong admin experience
- Excellent coordination and multi tasking skills
- Ability to work reactively when needed
This position is working Monday to Friday (occasionally some weekends) between 09:00 - 17:00.
The hourly rate of pay is dependant on experience and ranges from £13.46 to £14.91.
