We are seeking a confident, conscientious, and enthusiastic person to join our client as a Payroll Delivery Coordinator ongoing. This role will be based in our client head office in Bolton area - BL6 postcode.

The Payroll Delivery Coordinator role team is primary responsible for processing input and validating accuracy of input for the fortnightly payroll.

Duties include:

  • Input of Starters / Leavers / Changes data into the payroll system via T&A for fortnightly employees.
  • Input Validation checks of all input.
  • Hourly Timesheet administration Manual Input.
  • Input of additional Hours into Time system.
  • Input absence data for hourly employees.
  • Supporting the payroll delivery manager with ad hoc duties in key times of the payroll process.
  • Delivering a high-quality payroll customer service experience
  • Ensuring seasonal adjustments are processed accurately.

You will need to have a good working knowledge of Excel, an excellent telephone manner and be capable of building and maintaining relationships and delivering high level customer service to clients and workers over the telephone and face to face.Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
