Description

As A payroll Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate processing of company payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Handling employee queries regarding payroll and related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Assisting with end of year processes, including P60s.
  • Reconciliation of payroll accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintenance and updating of payroll records.
  • Production of payroll reports for management.
  • Collaboration with HR and finance teams.

Profile

A successful Payroll Administrator should have:

  • A strong understanding of payroll procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
