We are looking for a creative and committed Year 4 teacher to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Year 4 teacher you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that inspire our students to develop a love for learning. You will work closely with other members of staff to support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils in your class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students.

• Use a variety of teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.

• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

• Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of all students.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share ideas and best practices.

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour management in the classroom.

What We Are Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with Year 4 pupils.

• A passion for teaching and helping children reach their full potential.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
