There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well established regional main contractor in the North West to take the project lead from design stages through to completion. Responsible for managing a full site team, chairing subcontractor design meetings, having full commercial responsibility, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.
The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality design and build & refurbishment projects across commercial, residential, leisure, industrial and infrastructure between the values of 5m to 50m. This is a growing regional contractor with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Background of Site Management within a main contractor environment and experience of residential projects above 10m in value.
- Experience of full site management of packages from demolition stage, structural to managing interior packages.
- Academically Qualified either BSc Construction Management and/ or trade background & relevant industry tickets and certificates.
- Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
- Base 65,000 - 75,000
- Car allowance & mileage
