PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

PERMANENT - 35 HOURS PER WEEK 

up to £12.50 per hour 

KPI Recruiting are looking for an experienced Administrator to join one of our highly reputable clients based in the Bolton area, on a permanent basis. This is a fully office-based role, with the opportunity, working 35 hours per week.  

You will be:

  • Taking inbound calls from internal and external stakeholders
  • Accuarely capturing caller details, logging accurate notes and actioning effectively
  • Dealing with new and existing tenants via telephone and email on a daily basis, providing excellent service at all times 
  • Progressing lettings enquiries using various IT software (training provided)
  • Arranging and confirming property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Supporting with the promotion of available properties, managing and monitoring web and social posts
  • Logging and actioning maintenance requests, liaising with external contractors to schedule
  • Ensuring database is kept up to date with accurate information regarding property and tenant data


You will have:  

  • Experience of working within Estate Agency / Lettings / Property / Maintenance 
  • Proficient IT skills (ability to use Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation/administrative skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to successfully complete the duties of the role, proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Good team working skills
