Residential Lettings Administrator

Overview:We are seeking an experienced lettings administrator to join our small, friendly team in Bolton Town Centre. The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, flexibility, and initiative, with prior experience in residential lettings or the lettings industry.

Day-to-day, the role involves dealing with enquiries related to letting residential properties in Bolton and Manchester, managing current tenancies, and maintaining good relationships with tenants and landlords.

Responsibilities:

  • Progressing lettings enquiries using IT software, ALTO and Goodlord
  • Uploading available property information to Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Managing maintenance requests using the Fixflo maintenance reporting system
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding tenancy issues, renewals, and deposit returns
  • Developing good working relationships with colleagues, tenants, and third-party contractors
  • Ensuring customer care is a top priority for our clients

Qualifications:

  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work proactively
  • Flexible approach and good team working skills
