We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Specialist with QTS to join an outstanding girls' secondary school in Bolton. The role is available to start ASAP or from September 25th, depending on availability.
About the Role:
Teaching English to key stages 3 and 4 (with the possibility of key stage 5 for the right candidate)
Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that promote creativity and critical thinking
Monitoring student progress and providing support to ensure academic success
Collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team of teachers
Ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a specialist focus in English
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum at secondary level
A passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Previous experience teaching in a secondary school is desirable, but NQTs are encouraged to apply
