Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you want to be part of a supportive team in a nurturing environment Care, we are looking for dedicated and experienced Level 3 Children and young people or equivalent Team Leaderto join our team.

About the House

Its a large, detached home offering a safe, supportive environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and or learning disabilities. With extensive outdoor space, its got opportunities for relaxation and recreation, including outdoor sports and activities in the garden, especially during the summer months.

Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide consistent, high-quality care to children and young people.
  • Build trusting relationships to support emotional, social, and educational development.
  • Support the Staff in supporting the young people in daily activities, including outdoor sports, gardening, and recreational pursuits.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment tailored to the unique needs of everyone.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team, complete Supervision, manage the running of the shifts
  • Take part on the on call, £15 additional to salary plus call out fee if ever needed.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of young people.
  • Experienced in supporting children with trauma, mental health issues, or learning disabilities desirable but not essential.
  • A strong supervisor with excellent communication skills.
  • Take part on the on call, and be flexible team player.
  • Qualified in Children and young people
