Job Description

Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Time Worker with Bolton Council

Bolton Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 18.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

? Facilitate and oversee Family Time sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment.? Work directly with families to achieve positive outcomes and support family relationships.? Contribute to risk assessments and safeguard children and young people from harm.? Provide evidence-based interventions in line with parenting capacity frameworks.? Collaborate with social workers, professionals, and agencies to ensure coordinated support.? Manage a caseload effectively, keeping detailed records of interventions and progress.? Support families in their own homes, where appropriate, as part of rehabilitation plans.? Escort children and families as needed.

About You:

?? Experience working with children and families, especially those with complex needs.?? Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years, Health & Social Care).?? Strong communication and organisational skills.?? Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends.?? A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
