Are you a passionate and driven Procurement professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role? Do you want to make a real difference to the world of healthcare?

About the Role:

In this fast-paced procurement role you will source a range of medical devices, equipment and consumables from a global supplier base. Your responsibilities will encompass end to end procurement so we are looking for individuals with a well-rounded skill set, from raising POs and expediting supplier deliveries to sourcing new items, negotiating with suppliers and delivering cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source high-quality products that meet customer requirements
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives through effective supplier management and stock optimisation
  • Manage day-to-day purchasing activities with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate price lists and supplier information
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost savings across key product lines

Ideal skills and experience:

  • Min 2+ years' experience within a purchasing or procurement role
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with suppliers and internal colleagues
  • Confidence to negotiate with suppliers and influence others
  • Strong analytical ability (intermediate level Excel)
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet a variety of critical deadlines
  • A proactive, "can-do" attitude:
  • CIPS qualification (including part qualified or commitment to start studies)
