Job Title: Coded Welder (Contract)
Location: Bolton (Single Site)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Initial)
Pay Rate: £21 - £24 per hour (DOE)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Overtime at time and a half beyond 45 hours)

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Coded Welder to join our client's team in Bolton on an initial 6-month contract. This role focuses on Trailer Overhauls at a single site location. We are looking for a qualified and experienced welder with a strong background in trailer repairs and refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication on trailer components and frames.
Carry out repairs, refurbishments, and modifications as required.
Work to strict safety and quality standards to deliver high-quality overhauls.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ensure all welding work complies with relevant codes and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Coded Welder qualification (preferably MIG/TIG).
Proven experience in welding, particularly in trailer repairs or similar industries.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, safety standards, and quality assurance.
Ability to work from technical drawings.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and working under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in welding work.
Own tools and welding equipment would be advantageous.

Working Hours and Pay:

45 hours per week at the standard rate.
Overtime at time and a half for any hours worked beyond 45 hours per week.
This is a single-site role in Bolton, offering consistency and a stable work environment.
