Johnsons Hotel Linen, part of the Johnson Service Group, is a leading provider of laundry and linen hire services. We are seeking a BackShift Production Supervisor (3pm-11pm) to join our Bonnyrigg facility near Edinburgh.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee evening shift operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely completion of customer orders while maximising resources (labour, machinery, materials).
- Monitor employee performance to meet daily KPIs, reporting issues promptly.
- Motivate and support team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety policies, including PPE and COSHH requirements.
- Identify training needs and support staff development.
- Report and coordinate machinery maintenance as required.
- Keep accurate records of team performance and productivity.
