About Us:
Johnsons Hotel Linen, part of the Johnson Service Group, is a leading provider of laundry and linen hire services. We are seeking a BackShift Production Supervisor (3pm-11pm) to join our Bonnyrigg facility near Edinburgh.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee evening shift operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and team engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of customer orders while maximising resources (labour, machinery, materials).
  • Monitor employee performance to meet daily KPIs, reporting issues promptly.
  • Motivate and support team members, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety policies, including PPE and COSHH requirements.
  • Identify training needs and support staff development.
  • Report and coordinate machinery maintenance as required.
  • Keep accurate records of team performance and productivity.
