Receptionist
Midlothian-based | fully office-based role
Ongoing temp role starting ASAP
Full-Time role | Monday to Friday
Pay rate of 12.75 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known legal firm in Midlothian to recruit for a Receptionist on an ongoing temporary basis.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office
* Maintaining a clean & tidy office area at all times
* Dealing with incoming & outgoing mail & couriers
* Various other Reception & General Administration duties as directed
In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception role with exposure to Administration tasks - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
