Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial plans align with business objectives.
- Work closely with department heads to monitor financial performance and control costs.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Review and improve internal controls and processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
