Service Care Solutions are looking for a dedicated Business Support Assistant to join Sefton Council to provide essential administrative support to the Care Experienced Team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to contribute to a team supporting children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
  • Maintain and update records using the Sefton Liquid Logic database.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and assist with general communication.
  • Take notes in a variety of operational meetings.
  • Gather and coordinate information from external agencies to support the team manager.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Strong IT skills, with experience in using Liquid Logic or similar databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy team environment.
