Search Consultancy are working with one of Liverpool's fastest growing and successful companies to recruit for a number of Sales Executives / Account Managers.

We are looking for professionals who will deliver an exceptionally high standard of customer care via the telephone and email.

The successful person needs to be down to earth and approachable, explaining and recommending a huge product range in a simple way.

Most important is having a passion for work and having enough self-awareness to see which customers are going to be dead-end customers and which customers are ripe for building long-term relationships with and going the extra mile for them.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Nurturing and servicing new and repeat customers on a daily basis and identifying customers that should require a higher level of service without neglecting smaller customers
  • Making intelligent decisions about pricing and upholding suitable levels of profitability with each order
  • Valuing every inbound lead provided and maximising opportunities through providing an excellent customer experience

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;

  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Enthusiastic in their approach to sales, but focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off sales
