Customer Engagement Officer - Immediate Start
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Pay rate: £12ph (Temporary to Permanent)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity with a well-established training services provider based in Liverpool Aintree. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Customer Engagement Officer to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Covering reception when needed. 
  • Making outbound calls to engage with prospective students and applicants.
  • Maintaining and organizing internal databases with up-to-date candidate information.
  • Assisting classroom tutors with administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry.
  • Adapting to a dynamic work environment and managing priorities effectively.
  • Communicating updates and information clearly to team members.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Recruitment experience or resourcing background is highly desirable.
  • Telephony experience, with confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and databases.
