Location: Orrell, Greater Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Days Shift (Monday to Friday)

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Orrell, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company, working in a state-of-the-art facility and contributing to the production of top-quality consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on maintenance and support across the production lines, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and corrective actions on machinery and equipment.
- Work proactively to identify and resolve potential issues, minimizing downtime and improving production processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance performance, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the commissioning of new equipment and assist in machinery upgrades.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical Skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A safety-conscious approach to all tasks, with a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
