Key Responsibilities:
As part of the HR Directorate, you will work with other members in HR to support the delivery of a wide range of activities as part of the People Strategy and HR Directorate Plan
- Provide information to internals and externals and advising where necessary including to stakeholders
- Embedding processes and managing this against KPI's as well as monitoring progress
- Lead on the development and compilation of data
- Conduct governance checks against policies by analysing and comparing various bits of data - E.G. Payroll discrepancies, WTR etc
- Work closely with other senior HR colleagues to develop quarterly dashboard of HR deliverables

Qualifications:
- CIPD (level 3 or above) preferred or equivalent HR experience.
Desirable Skills:
- HR experience in the public sector.
- Knowledge and experience of finding ways to improve systems and structures as well as identifying improvements and simplifying processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Security Clearance:
- BPSS level clearance required.
The working structure for this position is on a hybrid basis where the appointed person will need to be in the office 2 days a week.
