Your new companyAn excellent school in Bootle are working with Hays Education in order to recruit an SENDCO to join their team. They are a friendly and welcoming school at the heart of Bootle who pride themselves on being a diverse and inclusive environment where every pupil can flourish.

Your new roleThe successful candidate will be in charge of SEN and disability provision across the entire school. They will also work with outside agencies in order to ensure that SEN and disabled pupils are included in the school community and can flourish academically and socially. It will also be their job to constantly review and maintain the quality of SEND provision.The successful candidate will also have full class teaching responsibilities. You will need to plan, prepare and deliver exciting lessons, whilst assessing your pupil's progress.The succesful candidate will be a member of the school leadership team.What you'll need to succeedEssential:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience teaching pupil's with a broad range of SENDs.
• Good knowledge of the entire primary curriculum from EYFS to Year 6

Desirable:

• Experience working as a SENDCO
• Experience as a member of a school SLT.
