Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Logistics Manager for our client based in Bordon.
The Inbound Logistics Manager will need to work under pressure and be able to complete daily deadlines. Including Knowledge of Customs Clearance processes and Freight Forwarding.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging collection of and tracking of all inbound shipments
- Ensuring all shipments have required documentation, prepare breakdown for customs brokers, accountable for ensuring customs declarations are accurate
- Supplier invoice checks (product and freight)
- Providing a summary to business detailing inbound shipments
- Managing relationships with Freight Forwarders.
Required Skills:
- Numerate
- Ability to follow processes accurately
- Attention to detail
- Good level of communication skills
- Computer literate; knowledge of Office 365, intermediate skills in Excel
- Diligent
- Possess or working toward relevant A Level/equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in similar role/environment
- Ability to multi-task
