***OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR***A super new job opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to help and support a busy team within an export department.. You will need confident computer skills and good levels of accuracy, full training on the in-house export system will be provided. This role could suit an entry level person or a work-returner who is keen to learn. Salary £19-24K depending on experience Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include,

  • Matching delivery notes and finalising against Purchase Order
  • Finalising supplier delivery notes against supplier Invoice system
  • Entering customers' orders onto excel spreadsheets for placing
  • Applying for DEFRA certificates
  • Applying for Shipping Documentation
  • Entering Invoices on Invoice Register
  • General administrative tasks such as dealing with phone calls, photocopying and filing

The ideal Office Administrator will need,

  • Some previous office experience
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Good Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Good attention to detail is essential
  • Have the ability to multi-task with ease

This Office Administrator role would suit a capable, well-organised team player who is keen to learnHours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
