Accountant - Borehamwood - C£40,000 - £50,000 P.A

Do you currently work for an accountancy firm where you are likely to be 'middle management’ for many years to come?

If you are looking for a career move, this could be an ideal opportunity.

Our Client is a well established, respected and growing accountancy, probate and estate administration practice with an impressive client list. They have a small (but perfectly formed!), motivated and efficient team and are now looking to recruit an ambitious individual to work closely with the Partners.

This is not merely a strategic role. Given the size and structure of the firm, you will need to be pragmatic and take a hands-on approach and be willing to get involved in the day-to-day duties.

The Partners are highly engaging and care deeply about the Firm and its staff, as well as developing a new recruit. Whilst many practice jobs are siloed, this is a rare opportunity to use existing skills as well as to develop and to learn from a down-to-earth, experienced and particularly knowledgeable Firm.

Your development within this position will be largely in your own hands.

This is a brief overview of the opportunity and to find out more, please apply ASAP as the recruitment process is moving swiftly.
