Are you an ACA-qualified Financial Accountant or Finance Manager with an audit background looking for your next challenge? We are partnering with a large, multi-site group business in Borehamwood to recruit a skilled professional for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a competitive salary between £70,000 - £85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Management: Lead audit preparation and process, ensuring compliance and smooth audit delivery.
  • 90-Site Group Consolidation: Manage financial consolidations across 90 sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency in group reporting.
  • IFRS102 & IFRS Group Reporting: Oversee all group reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS102 and IFRS standards.
  • Intercompany Transactions: Handle complex intercompany reconciliations, ensuring transparency and alignment across entities.
  • Lease Accounting: Manage the accounting for leases in line with relevant accounting standards.
  • Treasury Function: Support treasury management, ensuring the group’s cash flow and financial activities are optimally managed.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct detailed reconciliations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the balance sheet.
  • Statutory Accounts: Prepare statutory accounts for the group, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
About You:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An audit background, ideally ACA qualified from a Top 10 practice.
  • Strong experience in group consolidations, particularly across multi-site operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS102, group reporting, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Proven expertise in balance sheet reconciliations, treasury management, and intercompany accounting.
