You will be based in the office Monday-Thursday, working 9am-5.30pm, with most Fridays working from home.  Duties include:
  • Receiving and issuing documents to third parties
  • Liaising with third parties with queries via email and phone calls
  • Obtaining additional documents and information
  • Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to check information is correct
  • Liaising internally with a variety of teams
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks and who have excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, with first class computer skills, as well as having the drive to succeed.
